Gigs of the week with Gaygirl, C33s and Sisteray
Gaygirl will be showing off new single 'Hair' as they set off on tour this week, starting with shows in Stockport and Manchester. The tour covers the north for the rest of the month before heading down to more southern climes as July kicks in, so no excuses for missing them.
Head to The Green Door Store on Thursday to see hybrid rap crew CMPND, Hutch, Nuphzed and Maczee P, plus a chance to show off your own talents.
Good things are happening at the Moth Club on Monday, with music from Nervus, Koji, Fresh and Dangers of Love. They are promising bangers and they will deliver.
There's weirdly little info about this that I can find, so approach with caution, but Sisteray are apparently playing at Westhersfest in High Wycombe on the 22nd. Take pepper spray, just in case.
A more reliable bet is Skinny Milk, On Video, Bull and Human Pet at The Old Blue Last on Friday. Free entry, y'all.
Album launch alert. The St. Pierre Snake Invasion celebrate the release of Caprice Enchanté in Bristol on Friday.
And last but not least, two chances to catch The C33s this week, in London and in Manchester. London show also features Dead Naked Hippies, for added fun.
