Rattle Release powerfully primitive debut album

Percussion-heavy minimalists Rattle have released their self-titled debut album courtesy of Upset the Rhythm and I Own You Records.Since forming in Nottingham in 2011, Katharine Eira Brown and Theresa Wrigley have been developing their sound through experimenting with unorthodox drum rhythms which, married with ethereal, Siren-like vocals, makes for a wholly original concept. The release follows a busy period of touring, which included appearances at festivals Supernormal, Supersonic and Dot to Dot, showcasing the duo's ritualistic live set.[embedyt] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iETgyU_Fp58[/embedyt] Find out more about Rattle:Upset the RhythmBandcampFacebookTwitter
