Back in 2016, Xenomars' video 'Secure The Perimeter' felt out of place. Trump had just won the election, the US wanted out of the Middle East and ISIS was about to be defeated. Almost two years later, Xenomars' cryptic video is a brutal reminder that the conflict in Syria was planned back in 2007 and was going forward as planned. What is really at stake here?
