There's been a murder at the party dome
"We didn't plan on making this – but we were drinking a lot of tequila that summer and were around a lot of recording equipment. 'Crown' was tracked in Lee's bedroom, on a hand-held condenser mic with a dirty sock as a pop shield. We recorded it horizontally, while a strange man dressed as a penguin slept on the sofa."- Jam Baxter.
Happy hour at the super fun time party dome megamix 4000, perfectly combines Baxter and Lee's different shades of bravado and maturity, which comes from years of gripping mics in hands. The album is complemented by beats of veteran producers like Dirty Dike on 'Whos ya mate' and Dead Player's beatmaker GhostTown on 'Wudup', which also features fellow Cult Mountaineers Milkavelli and Trellion.
There are some absolute classics mixed in with drunken dialogues. Most noticeably 'Murder at the party dome', which has that Mansion 38 feel to it, with Vial Life's Luke Luscious preaching in-between the impeccable verses from Jack Jetson and Stinkin' Slumrock.
